These terms govern your use of Tabekaro (the “App”). By using the App you agree to them.
The App takes a short line of text describing what you ate, breaks it into food items on your device, and records estimated calories and protein so you can see daily and weekly totals.
The App is free to download and you can record 20 entries for free. The count is cumulative — deleting entries does not restore it. From the 21st entry a one-time in-app purchase, “Tabekaro Full Version”, is required (US$4.99; the price varies by region and the exact amount is shown in the App). This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel.
Viewing, editing, deleting and exporting your past records to CSV is always available, whether or not you have purchased.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; submit requests through Apple Support.
Calories and protein shown in the App are estimates derived from typical standard portions and will differ from what you actually ate. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary or nutritional advice. Always consult a physician or registered dietitian before making health decisions. We are not responsible for decisions or actions taken on the basis of figures shown in the App.
You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the App, use it unlawfully, or interfere with its operation.
Records are stored only on your device. We have no way to recover them if your device is lost or damaged or the App is deleted. We recommend exporting a CSV regularly.
The App is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it is fit for any particular purpose or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply.
